Brief Description: We are looking for a Performance Engineer to join the SI B Global Digital Service Center.  The SI Buildings Global Digital Service Center is part of SI Buildings, and we are on a mission to make our Customer's Buildings Safer, more Sustainable and Perfect Places to live and work in. 
Role Description: The Performance Engineer understands the Siemens Digital Portfolio for Buildings on one side and the customer’s requirement on the other and then proceeds to select, configure and deliver the right digital solutions to help customers achieve their objectives. This could involve supporting the customer in selecting and setting up the right connectivity options, setting up data collection, publishing to cloud, setting up analytics, and configuring the desired options, features and access. The Performance Engineer thus converts data to actionable insights which help the customer improve building operations, achieve occupant comfort, reduce costs, improve energy efficiency and promote Digitalization and Sustainability.  
Responsibilities:
• Deliver Digital Portfolios to customers across the globe
• Support Sales in conceptualizing digital solutions and appropriate tecno commercial offers
• Build competencies on an ongoing basis on upcoming portfolios. Support the testing & improvement of the same. 
• Participate actively in the DSC Community and promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, adoption of standards, tools and processes. 
Ideal Candidate: 
• Is an Engineer by qualification (Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical will have preference) 
• Has deep knowledge of Building Technology domain (emphasis on HVAC & Energy), Solutions (BMS and Sustainability offerings etc.), Remote Analytics Service delivery (Cloud Analytics, Report/Dashboard/Analytics Generation, etc.)
• Good awareness of Siemens’ SI B Digital Analytics & Energy Optimization Services Tools & Portfolio (Building X, Navigator, FDD, Smart Building Assessment, Demand Flow, etc.). Alternatively the person has good awareness of equivalent solutions in market. 
• Has relevant work experience. 
• Possesses good interpersonal skills – Team Management, Motivation, Task Delegation, Communication, Command over English language, Cross cultural sensitivity, etc. 
• Customer Focus
• Has commercial acumen - knowledge of Service Agreements, Commercial contracts, SLAs etc
