A Snapshot of Your Day
Implementation and support to Digital Industries Market Communication as well as inner company communication actvities
Through marketing communication activities such as the creation of marketing materials (assets) and exhibitions and events, we acquire so-called lead information and pass it on to each business unit and sales group as potential customers (MQL).

How You'll Make an Impact
•Production of marketing materials (assets) (e.g. PPT presentations, videos, technical materials, etc.) with related departments in accordance with Siemens Design guideline 
•Preparation and management of marketing events such as exhibitions and seminars that have been scheduled to be exhibited (internal coordination, exhibition application, orientation to booth vendors, coordination of exhibition contents and decorative design, booth operation planning, creation of tools to attract customers, ordering of necessary equipment, internal processing necessary for implementation, and other general administrative matters) 
•Assistance in preparing and organizing internal events such as DI Forum 
•Production and management of Digital Industries novelties •Website page creation assistance (including intranet MarCom page management)　　　　　
•Tasks other than the above may be assigned depending on the situation. 

What you bring
More than 2 years of experiences : 
•Creative production progress work such as printed materials and videos
•Exhibition-related work

•Basic PC software operation knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) 
•Knowledge of operating image and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Tools (Premiere PRO, Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effect, etc.) 
•Japanese (native or more than business level) 
•English proficiency (level of communication (conversation, reading and writing) necessary for business with head office in English 
•Graduated from a four-year university or higher or equivalent •Knowledge of creative production progress work such as printed materials and videos
•Knowledge of online broadcasting equipment is a plus

デジタルインダストリーマーケットコミュニケーションおよび社内コミュニケーション活動の実施・支援、マーケティング資料（アセット）の作成や展示会・イベントなどのマーケティングコミュニケーション活動を通じてリード情報を獲得し、潜在顧客（MQL）として各事業部や営業グループに貢献します。


職務詳細
•Siemens デザイン規程に従い、関係部署と共にマーケティング資料（アセット）　(例：PPTプレゼン、動画、技 術資料など）制作　 
•出展の決まっている展示会やセミナーなどのマーケティングイベントの準備・運営　（社内調整、出展 申込、装飾業者へのオリエンテーション、展示内容と装飾デザインのすり合わせ、ブース運営計画、集 客ツールの作成、必要備品の注文、実施にあたって必要な社内処理、その他庶務的内容） 
•DI & SI Forumなど社内イベント準備・運営補助 
•Digital Industriesノベルティの制作・管理
•webサイトページ作成補助(イントラネット　MarComページ管理含む)　　　　　 
•上記以外の業務についても、状況に応じて業務を割り当てることがある。


応募要件

2年以上の経験： 
-印刷物、映像等のクリエイティブ制作進行業務
-展示会関連業務

-基本的なPCソフト操作知識（Microsoft Word、Excel、PPT等） 
-Adobe Creative Tools（PremierePRO、Illustrator、PhotoShop、AfterEffect等）等の画像・映像編集ソフトの操作知識。 

-日本語能力（母国語またはビジネスレベル以上） 
-英語力（本社との英語での業務に必要なコミュニケーション（会話、読み書き）レベル 
-4年制大学卒業以上、またはそれに準ずる方 
-オンライン放送機器の知識があれば尚可
