Operation department of Siemens Advanta Consulting (Shanghai/Shenzhen Office is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Consultant).
You’ll make an impact by
• Help clients define and improve the supply chain strategy and processes in different industries, incl. S&OP, planning and procurement and outbound logistics.
• Help clients build up capabilities and competence in end to end supply chain management domain.
• Understand clients’ pain points and expectations in supply chain strategy and processes, practices and IT systems, analyze root causes and provide professional and practical recommendations and solutions to improve client’s total supply chain cost.
• Guide through or coach customers to understand, accept and implement the recommendations and solutions provided above, realizing the customer impacts in terms of supply chain KPIs.
• Facilitate internal and external workshops with customers, with a structure and guided group discussion on strategy, solutions, interviews, etc.
• Be responsible for leading clients through these operational improvements as a thought leader, people leader and organization leader
• Proactively manage changes with professional methods and handling complex analyses and resolve customer issue.
• Work hand in hand together with clients on each engagement, facilitating working sessions with client management/project teams, motivating and coaching the client team during transformations.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
• Be passionate about consulting and solving client’s problems in supply chain domains, especially in planning domain.
• Familiar with basic consulting skills as a structure thinking, visualization, questioning and interview, presentation and workshop moderations, etc.
• 5+ years of work experience in supply chain management or consulting.
• Familiar with SCOR and EA, DMAIC or other analytical tools in solving supply chain problem is a plus.
• Data analytics background is preferred.
• Result oriented with structured analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into solutions.
• Evidence of a distinctive career achievement and/or academic record. Master degree, other graduate level degree preferred.
• Comfort with extensive travel (60% or above)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
