You’ll make a difference by:

  • The CRM Professional will play a key role in supporting CRM operations by managing business reporting, contract and budgeting processes, marketing and communication activities. The role is responsible for ensuring customer-centric delivery through effective use of digital tools, robust data analysis, and by fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning across the CRM community.
  • Contract & Budgeting Support
    • Manage and monitor contract readiness, ensuring high completion rates for signing and closures.
    • Support contract creation by coordinating with stakeholders and troubleshooting using proprietary tools (iQuote, mQuote, Salesforce, CMApp).
    • Collaborate with HQ to ensure accurate and timely communication of process and tool updates.
    • Contribute to customer budget alignment in partnership with Hub Portfolio CRMs.
    • Communication process improvements and support adoption of new tools within the Hub.
  • CRM Operations Support
    • Provide CRM KPIs and performance data to enable transparency, steering, and decision-making.
    • Drive opportunity management, regional reviews, and standardization of Salesforce data.
    • Identify and communicate region-specific requirements for tools, templates, and processes to align with CRM HQ.
    • Prepare content and updates for CRM community meetings based on agendas.
    • Support onboarding of new CRMs and facilitate their integration into the community.
  • Learning Enablement
    • Develop role-specific learning paths in collaboration with Learning Enablement Services.
    • Ensure timely completion and tracking of CRM self-assessments.
    • Assign and monitor completion of community-wide learning initiatives against defined targets.
  • Business Reporting
    • Perform data analysis and prepare reports on CRM metrics and performance using Salesforce.
    • Create custom Salesforce dashboards/views based on leadership and session-specific needs.
    • Deliver actionable insights on volumes, stretch, and coverage for strategic decision-making.
  • Marketing & Communication
    • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure availability of content, resources, and articles for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Curate and manage content for CRM Hub, ensuring accurate and timely positioning across communication channels.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Any bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA added advantage.
  • 12+ years of industry experience in contract management, CRM operations, Sales support, process governance, ideally within shared services or in business or in multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
