Are you a driven professional passionate about cultivating business excellence? For our international Center of Competence for Data Centers we're seeking an experienced Business Excellence Professional to strengthen our organization's standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role
As Business Excellence Professional you contribute to improve the execution of our sales & operations activities for our international datacenter projects where we design and deliver power distribution solutions to our international customers.
The sales, project management and engineering team is based in The Hague. Production of our products and equipment is taking place in multiple factories in different countries. A typical project scope includes switchgear, transformers, E-houses, automation and protection systems.
  • Design and develop robust project management and engineering standards aligned with Project Milestone framework to ensure consistent sales, engineering and project execution across the different projects & programs
  • Partner with the Head of Business Excellence to foster a culture of excellence throughout the Datacenter organization
  • Lead process improvements tasks and ensure effective communication for new processes/ instructions/ best practices/ KPIs rollouts
  • Create and execute digital and AI adoption strategies across the organization supported by the IT department
Your background:
  • 5-10 years of experience leading process improvement and business excellence tasks
  • Proven track record of success in complex project management and engineering organizational settings
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, from Lessons Learned to Best Practices and Work Instructions
  • Professional certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Agile/SCRUM)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and investigative mindset
  • Experience in identify, implement, monitor and improve process KPIs
  • Knowledge / understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g. Dynamics, Power BI) as well as SharePoint (e.g. Pages, Lists) and AI process implementation
Your experience
  • Experience in implementing Business Excellence culture in complex international sales, engineering and project management environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, excellence in cross-functional collaboration, keeping the focus on the organizational goals
  • Change management expertise, “out of the box” thinking
  • Data-driven with a proactive and pragmatic decision-making approach
  • Living in the Netherlands and able to fluently communicate in both Dutch and English
