Salary: From 2200€ brutto / month + variable bonus*

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In our Global Business Services Transformation Services (GBS CEE TS) team, we are a group of hands-on Project Managers and Consultants helping Siemens Businesses to achieve their goals.

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who wants to make a difference!  


Every day we solve a different challenge – we support our customers to find the best solution for a smooth project execution or to tackle our customer’s problems. In our projects, we support our customers implementing new tools and processes and solving customer problems with high initiative and a digital mindset.


We provide you with the latest knowledge, combined with plenty of freedom for independent action and decision-making. This makes you a reliable, trustworthy, and forward-looking change agent in our team of consultants - we are already waiting for you! 


Your profile for "Making the future possible"

  • Management of project risks - identify, mitigate and monitor risks using a risk log.
  • Change management - avoid scope creep, ensure changes are tracked and approved and the implementation is well managent.
  • Provide guidance and training to users during project UATs, rollouts and change management initiatives.
  • You are interested in new solutions for old standards, and you have a digital attitude
  • You are interested in automatization of processes and digitalization initiatives
  • You are patient and agile when confronted with difficult situations and looking forward to push through when there are times of high pressure
  • You have an analytical mindset, and you can communicate your ideas convincingly in English, any other languages i.e. German are a plus
  • Working experience in diverse project environment or a previous role in a consulting environment i.e. with links to digital transformation or project management
  • With an international mindset, you display deep intercultural understanding and enjoy working in an international environment
  • You are flexible and willing to travel, mostly in Europe - depending on specific project and agreement
