How you’ll make an impact 

• Strategic Project Engagement: Take responsibility and collaborate closely with the management on interdisciplinary and international projects – contributing your experience to shape strategy development, implementation, and sustainable corporate growth.

• Education
• Exceptional academic record, including a Master's degree from a leading technical university (e.g., in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related STEM field) with top grades and/or an MBA from a top business school. Your academic journey should reflect a strong foundation in strategic thinking. 
• Experience & Skills
• Possess 1-3 years of high-impact professional experience, with a proven track record in leading management or strategy consulting firms (e.g., Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, FEV Consulting) or key roles within renowned industrial corporations (e.g., Siemens, BMW, Porsche) or innovative tech start-ups. 
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities, evidenced by your success in complex project environments, such as strategic modeling, M&A advisory, operational optimization, or market entry analysis. 
• Extensive international exposure, gained through studies abroad or professional experience and/or internships in international environments. 
• Ways of working
• Demonstrate social competence, leadership potential, and a highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Your passion for impactful work is evident in your ability to independently lead initiatives, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and drive results in dynamic environments. 
• Languages
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).
