To accelerate our growth as a world class tech company and significantly accelerate our sales pipeline, we are seeking a New Business Sales.
In this role, you will generate customer demand across various industries and be the driving force behind new business development in collaboration with our partner companies, focusing on winning strategic large-scale projects and expanding our footprint at C-level.
This role is based in Belgium or the Netherlands. We work in a flexible hybrid model, with the team coming together in the office in Rotterdam twice a week to collaborate and align.
Your New Role
- You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with partner companies, focusing on hunting high-potential deals and strategic growth.
- You will develop and execute tailored sales strategies that aggressively target new accounts and markets under your responsibility.
- Acting as salesperson, project manager, consultant, and coach, you will lead strategic account planning with a clear focus on generating pipeline and closing new customer projects.
- Your key priorities include new customer acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- You will own the accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts related to new business development for your partner companies.
- You will drive the adaptation and execution of business strategies, especially in relation to incorporating new products from acquisitions and exploring new market opportunities.
- You will enable and motivate sales managers at our partners to sharpen their sales skills, with a focus on a proactive, sales approach.
Your Qualifications
- You bring several years of proven success in sales with a strong focus on new business development, ideally within the software sector.
- You have hands-on experience coaching, enabling, and guiding sales pursuits.
- You possess a well-established network and embrace a hunter-oriented sales mindset — you excel at account qualification, cold calling, and aggressively driving pipeline growth.
- Your negotiation and presentation skills are outstanding, and you are widely recognized as a trusted advisor by customers and partners.
- You have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and continuously improving sales strategies, especially those focused on capturing new business opportunities and accelerating revenue growth.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English (French is a valuable addition).
