Key Responsibilities:
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
-Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
-Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
-Prepare and present project reviews to management & customers.
-Willingness to travel to various project sites for discussions.

Qualifications:
-B.E/B. Tech
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus.
-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SCADA Industry.
-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
-Change management.
-Cross-functional collaboration.
