Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with offshore subsystem managers for managing interface with the other E&M systems by following the defined system interface management process considering Siemens interests.
  • Support offshore subsystem managers in their technical discussion with the other E&M systems and customer.
  • Coordinate internally and define the SIG system interface requirements to civil and track works.
  • Coordinate with Civil and track works, ensure that the SIG interface requirements have been considered and implemented on site.
  • Monitor and control progress of interface closure and report to PM and consortium the status as required.
  • Interface for the migration of the existing line, will work closely with the consortium, the customer, and the operator to coordinate the migration activities on the existing line in order to reduce the impact on revenue service during transition period.
  • In the transition period from design phase to realization phase, may gradually take the responsibility for the construction management works and eventually transfer to the site manager.
Requirements:
  • Fluent communication in English and Mandarin interfacing main stakeholders based in Taiwan and offshore
  • Field experience and knowledge of railway systems
  • Good conflict management and working relationship. Good facilitation skill and framework of technical requirement to interfacing internal sub systems, external systems and Civil
