What Will Your Day Look Like? 

You’ll be based in Farnborough, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office to help you learn, connect, and thrive. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility depending on business needs and the nature of the work. 

 

Your role will include: 

  • Helping shape and deliver the Siemens Global Reward strategy, focusing on consistency, system alignment, and continuous improvement. 
  • Working with global teams to understand different reward approaches across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). 
  • Preparing clear and engaging materials, including data analysis and market insights, to support decisions on pay and benefits. 
  • Partnering with the Total Reward team on various initiatives. You may also lead activities and work with senior leaders and HR teams. 
  • Support building consistent reward processes across, ensuring they meet both employee needs and business goals. 
  • Developing engaging communications to support the launch of new reward projects and initiatives. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant business-related subject. 
  • Passionate about making a difference, curious, analytical, and strong in managing projects and meeting deadlines. 
  • Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and contributes new ideas. 
  • Enthusiastic about people and numbers, capable of working independently on projects. 
  • Team player willing to take on various tasks, with the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all levels within Siemens. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Loves to learn and be challenged, with the ability to work to deadlines. 
  • Willing to analyse large data sets and possesses good time management skills. 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
