Profile Summary

Experienced and certified Project Manager overseeing medium to large-scale infrastructure and grid software projects. Acts as the entrepreneurial lead across the full project lifecycle—from sales phase to execution—ensuring on-time, in-scope, and in-budget delivery. Adept at aligning cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-impact infrastructure solutions in complex environments. Operates with a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Your Role – Learn, Grow, and Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects successfully.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project performance using standardized tools and KPIs; escalate risks where necessary.
• Handle change management in project scope, cost, and timelines using structured methodologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to Siemens’ internal project management frameworks (e.g., PM@Siemens, SCM).
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reporting and compliance logs.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards throughout project execution.
• Support project audits, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement efforts.

Your Qualifications – Bright, Curious, and Eager to Learn

• Background in Electronic, Energy, or Telecommunication Engineering highly preferred
• Proven track record managing medium to large-scale infrastructure or software projects
• Strong familiarity with Siemens processes and tools such as PM@Siemens and SAP
• Proficient in project planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or equivalent certification) – required
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or German considered a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as project needs dictate
