We are looking for Business Excellence Professional, Junior SAP Analyst. This hybrid position will be based in Wendell NC.
As a Business Excellence Professional, you’ll support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions. This role bridges operations and technology by leveraging SAP to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and align system capabilities with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with business partners, IT, and project teams to analyze needs, deliver practical SAP-based solutions, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in SAP (particularly master data management), and experience coordinating in agile project environments. You’ll contribute to end-to-end project delivery — from idea assessment through implementation — while supporting ongoing optimization of digital tools such as WinShuttle and TeamCenter integrations with SAP.
You’ll make a difference with these duties:
- Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into SAP-enabled solutions.
- Support SAP business processes including master data maintenance, transaction execution, reporting, and user training.
- Use WinShuttle to create and execute scripts for large-scale master data updates and provide user guidance on script execution.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve SAP-related issues, manage data transfers between TeamCenter and SAP, and solve interface errors.
- Conduct analysis and data validation to ensure data accuracy and system integrity across SAP and related applications.
- Contribute to digitalization and change initiatives by assisting with project planning, testing, implementation, and adoption tracking.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, metrics, and reports that measure efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment, support organizational change, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Data Science, or recognized STEM or Business field
- 2+ years of experience with the following:
- Translating operational needs into SAP-based process improvements and demonstrated an understanding of how SAP capabilities map to business outcomes
- Project Management
- Process Management experience including process diagramming using MS Visio or similar tools
- Using WinShuttle or similar tool to create and execute master data updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience managing SAP Master Data
- S/4HANA experience
- SAP RFC Experience
- Master’s degree or MBA
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Consulting experience

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
