You'll Make a Difference By:
Designing and building automated processes: Leveraging automation and smart technology to streamline critical tasks like cash forecasting and customer invoicing.
Optimizing financial workflows: Analyzing how the finance team currently works to find opportunities for greater efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
Improving cash visibility and reporting: Automating the collection and analysis of financial data to provide timely and accurate cash position forecasts.
Managing customer payments effectively: Developing automated systems for invoicing customers and tracking project deliverables for payment.
Applying predictive insights to risks: Utilizing data to identify potential payment delays and recommending proactive mitigation strategies.
Partnering with internal teams: Collaborating with cross-functional groups to successfully implement new ways of working across the finance department.

Your Defining Qualities: 
Direct experience in finance operations: Proven experience working within a corporate finance environment, understanding core processes like invoicing and collections.
Proficiency in automation tools: Hands-on ability to use software platforms designed for process automation, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills: The ability to break down complex financial challenges and design innovative, automated solutions.
Familiarity with financial systems: Knowledge of large-scale financial systems (like ERPs) and reporting tools used for daily business operations.
Excellent communication skills: The ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical finance and business leaders.
Proven ability to drive projects forward: Experience leading projects from the initial concept through to successful, measurable implementation.
