About the role 

The Sales Development Representative is Brightly's "front line" in increasing demand on the sales team. You will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity. If you are interested in jump starting your sales career, this is an ideal position for you! 

What you will do
 
* Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns 
* Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns 
* Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity 
* Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts 

What you need
 
* Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field of study
*  3+ years of prior sales experience 
* High energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance 
* Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills 
* Excellent time management skills 
* Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills 

What Makes You Stand Out: 

* Salesforce CRM experience
* Experience in the Manufacturing and/or Local Government verticals
* Experience in the asset management software space
