Then come and join our global team as Global Compensation Programs Specialist (f/m/d) to support transformative initiatives that enhance our compensation strategies and foster a culture of equity and transparency across the organization.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time (35h/week) or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the support of all Global Programs (such as Share Programs, Incentives and Merit Planning) within Global Compensation, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- You will take end-to-end ownership of individual workstreams and working phases within the Global Programs, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- You will prepare decision-making documents and presentations for senior stakeholders to support strategic alignment.
- You will create and interpret analytics to derive insights and support continuous improvement of global programs.
- You will collaborate with regional Total Rewards teams as well as cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to drive consistent implementation and adoption of global programs.
- You will support the organization and implementation of enablement sessions or information events for HR teams and managers on compensation topics
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have completed a master’s degree in business administration, economics, human resources, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in Compensation within HR, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree combined with additional professional experience in this field.
- You have a strong understanding of HR processes, systems and data to be operatively effective in executing key Total Rewards workstreams.
- You have good experience in project management and the coordination and communication with international stakeholders.
- You are proficient in using Office365 applications (including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) confidently and effectively.
