You’ll make a difference in:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Team Leaders, setting clear expectations to foster a high-performance sales culture and ensure effective succession planning.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies, translating objectives into actionable tactical plans. This includes overseeing go-to-market strategies and driving the use of digital tools/CRM for efficiency.
  • Financial & Performance Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial targets, revenue, and order intake growth objectives are met, while actively tracking KPIs and managing business risks.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, effectively communicating Siemens' value proposition and developing strategies for customer retention and expansion.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure seamless internal collaboration across sales teams to promote a customer-centric approach, drive knowledge-sharing, and maintain compliance with all governance and financial policies.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
  • Prior experience managing large, complex teams (5+ years).
  • A proven track record of P&L or major budget ownership, typically gained over many years in management.
  • Requires high-level client-facing experience, often at the executive or C-suite level.
  • Contributes to, and where appropriate leads the development of sales strategies.
