Apply now for the position of Services Contract Specialist, and you will be responsible for the quoting and booking of Service Contracts and working on tender process preparation
Your role:
- Validate and book Service Contracts or Purchase Orders.
- Prepare Service Contract quotations in partnership with the Service Manager and acquire appropriate approvals.
- Drive the Service Contract renewal process; by preparing and reviewing quotes with stakeholders, sending quotes to customers, and validating and booking orders in the system.
- Process warranty contracts.
- Drive the quote and tender process from reading the tender specifications until submission of the tender documents (via postal services or through electronic platforms).
- Input and maintain the accuracy of customer related data in SAP.
- Respond to customer inquiries (both internal and external) in a timely manner.
- Develop and submit monthly reports and forecasts, as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team building activities
- Participate in internal and external audits (SOX & PWC)
Your expertise:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Experience with SAP preferable, Salesforce or equivalent ERP product also considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Service oriented towards customers and internal and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global internal teams.
- Ability and confidence to work autonomously.
- Self motivated and results focused.
