We are seeking a visionary Head of EH&S to lead our environmental, health, and safety strategy across manufacturing, infrastructure, and service operations in North America. This executive role reports directly to the CEO and CFO, ensuring strategic alignment with Siemens’ DEGREE framework and fostering a culture of Zero Harm and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
As Head of EH&S, you will:
- Architect and execute a North America–wide EH&S strategy aligned with Siemens global standards and regulatory frameworks.
 - Champion a culture of safety and accountability, embedding EH&S principles into every business function.
 - Lead enterprise-wide programs including risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions across multiple sites.
 - Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, FRA) and Siemens internal policies.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, HR, Legal, and external stakeholders to drive EH&S integration.
 - Coach and develop a distributed EH&S team, building leadership capability and technical excellence.
 - Represent Siemens in regulatory engagements, customer interactions, and executive forums.
 
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
 - 10+ years of progressive EH&S leadership in manufacturing, transportation, or infrastructure sectors.
 - Proven success in leading change and implementing enterprise-wide EH&S initiatives.
 - Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian EH&S regulations and industry best practices.
 - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
 - Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM are strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $176,256 - $227,970 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
