Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor TRW/TRD in Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all personnel assigned to the TRW/TRD section.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Supervise and manage Shift Leaders, Engineers, Technicians, and Workers within the TRW/TRD section, including temporary personnel.
  • Ensure the technical readiness and timely availability of all segments under TRW/TRD responsibility.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities and serve as liaison between maintenance and operations departments.
  • Lead internal meetings and oversee communication across Electronic, Permanent Way, Facilities, and TRW/TRD interfaces.
  • Take appropriate actions during incidents and emergencies, while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including technical support for commissioning, installation, and testing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with relevant work experience, preferably in public transportation or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in administration, project coordination, and team supervision, including working in a multi-national company environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in computer applications and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Thai; good proficiency in English communication.
