Siemens eMobility® solutions is shaping the market with innovative Electric Vehicle (EV) charging technologies. We are dedicated to driving an open and accessible market for electric vehicles, as well as planning and implementing secure grid connections to enable further growth of EV adoption. 

We are hiring a Service Project Manager in either Raleigh NC or Atlanta GA. The Service Project Manager is responsible for the timely execution of service goals, which include planning, scheduling, and tracking of activities across multiple eMobility customer projects. Service goals include using such metrics as profitability, on-time execution, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. The Service Project Manager is contributing to the goals of the E-Mobility Business Unit.

You will make an impact with the following duties:

  • Maintenance and Logistics Management: Plan and schedule maintenance, facilitate material ordering and shipment, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship and Communication: Establish and manage customer expectations, provide equipment advice, address concerns promptly, and maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
  • Financial Oversight and Profitability: Monitor and control costs, identify sales/service opportunities, and ensure profitability.
  • Contract and Documentation Management: Review contract terms, organize and deliver service documentation, and document service progress.
  • Performance and Process Improvement: Develop and implement KPIs, provide progress updates, and analyze findings for root cause and corrective actions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2+ years experience with the following:
    • Project management experience or customer service experience with strong proactive communication
    • Meticulous time management and organization skills
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
    • A commitment to provide exceptional customer service in a highly competitive market
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex topics to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a large CRM tool
    • Strong understanding of project management, service, engineering, operations, and logistics
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of electrical products
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a Salesforce
  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP certification

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
