Siemens is searching for an exceptional Head of Service Operations to spearhead our service and maintenance operations across critical building technology solutions. As Head of Service Operations, you’ll define and deliver a compelling service strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence. You’ll lead a talented team of up to 100 professionals, ensuring we continue to set the benchmark for reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction. From modernizing our service portfolio to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader with:
• Proven success in P&L management, financial planning, and achieving ambitious targets
• Experience with a technology and software driven service operation
• A strong background in service and maintenance for Building Management Control Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and Energy Management Solutions
• A record of driving modernization programs, operational efficiency, and sales growth
• A passion for leading people, nurturing talent, and building high-performing teams
• The agility to navigate a complex, matrix organization while collaborating across functions to deliver integrated solutions
