Join Siemens Egypt as a GBS H2R Senior Specialist and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle. About GBS H2R
GBS (Global Business Services) is Siemens’ backbone for delivering efficient, high-quality shared services across HR, Finance, and other corporate functions. Within GBS, the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) team manages every stage of the employee journey—from onboarding and internal changes to exits and retirement.
As a Senior Specialist, you will act as a process expert, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence, while mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously enhance our HR delivery model.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and execute end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, compensation adjustments, organizational changes, and separations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex or escalated H2R transactions, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data in global HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Line Managers to deliver seamless, timely, and compliant services in line with SLAs and internal controls.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, data quality, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure audit readiness and documentation accuracy for all H2R activities in accordance with Siemens’ global policies and procedures.
- Coach and support junior H2R specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning.
- Identify and implement process standardization and automation opportunities in alignment with Siemens’ global transformation goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a multinational HR delivery environment.
- Proven proficiency in Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow, coupled with strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, global environment.
- A proactive attitude toward identifying and driving process improvements.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is an advantage.
