You’ll create impact by

Your defining qualities:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in testing and commissioning of Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Power Management Systems (PMS), Load Shedding systems, or similar. Proven experience in testing and commissioning of protection relays (HV & EHV substation) is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and competency in Siemens' Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) products, as well as systems and solutions for Power Management Systems. Familiarity with protection systems for High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV) substations is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Siemens' Toolbox II and SICAM Device Manager software.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective international communication.
• Personal Attributes: Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Be a fast learner, highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Work Ethic & Adaptability: Able to work under minimum supervision, adapt quickly to different situations and conditions, and perform effectively under time constraints and pressure.
• Mobility: Willingness to work on-site for certain durations, both within Indonesia and overseas, as required by project demands.
