General Summary of the Job:

Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of talent development and training. Administer system transaction processing, documentation and audit processes. Provide first line business support to HR system users; represents business needs for system & process modifications and enhancements.  Works under close supervision

Essential Functions:

·       Create, and publish training programs to meet organizational learning needs on LMS (SABA).

·       Manage learning materials, event sessions, marketing emails, curriculums, custom communications, and assignment setups.

·       Manage training calendars, ensuring accurate communication of session schedules and topics.

·       Maintain accurate data on attendance, enrollment, performance results, and course completions.

·       Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure smooth training delivery.

·       Handle day-to-day training operations and learning objects in multiple mailboxes and the LMS, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

·       Update and manage the company’s portals/mailboxes, reports and training catalogs.

·       Create templates and process improvement workflows to optimize training operations.

·       Use common tools, processes, and time-management techniques to complete tasks accurately and on schedule, while maintaining organization and prioritization.

·       Monitors immediate results and escalates issues as needed.

Skills and Abilities Required:

·       Ability to work effectively as a part of a global team, in a fast paced changing environment.

·       Ability to follows detail work instructions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
  • Displays initiative by taking proactive steps within own scope of work and anticipating routine needs.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, Powerpoint and experience with SharePoint.
