Apply now for the position of Customer Services Account Manager, and you will retain, develop, and grow strong business relationships with key DI & AT customers, both public and private. Demonstrate the value of a partnership with Siemens beyond traditional system maintenance, introduce enhanced service offerings and grow revenue. Ensure customer satisfaction and hold responsibility for profitability of assigned accounts.
With responsibility for a region and a particular set of focus customer accounts, the role holder has autonomy and responsibility for revenue and portfolio growth. Accountable to the Head of Enhanced Services and Account Management, the role holder will develop strong working relationships with both the CS Business Manager and Regional Sales Managers, providing guidance on customer expectations, propositions, and pricing. The CSAM is also expected to be a point of escalation, for account related challenges and opportunities, and a strong ally and mentor to Customer Service Managers
Your Role:
- Develop and maintain account growth plans for assigned key accounts, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Articulate the value of Siemens through regular dialogue with key customer stakeholders, to include Radiology Management, Clinical users, and Procurement contacts. Identify key decision makers.
- Develop the portfolio of services at each assigned account, enabling growth in system, user and departmental support areas.
- Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers to present a customer relevant Service and Support proposal at the point of new system sales.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of: Install base, current service performance, customer expectations and opportunities.
- Lead and prepare tender responses for stand-alone service tender requests.
- Develop and price new and extended customer offerings in conjunction with CS Business Manager and CS Business Development / EDU teams.
- Increase multi-year service commitments and the scope of services within.
- In conjunction and partnership with Customer Service Manager(s) maintain an account level view on issues and hot topics.
- Act as point of contact for Regional Sales Managers for account level guidance and support.
- Demonstrate quantifiable progress and active growth plans on a quarterly basis.
- Influence and articulate Healthineers Customer Services strategy both internally and externally.
- Lead business growth initiatives, including introducing new services.
Your Expertise:
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Evidence of developing and maintaining customer relationships in customer facing role(s)
- Ability to articulate clearly and succinctly
- Experience of service provision within the Healthcare sector
