We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. You will work with various Siemens’ organizations focused on driving business value and decisions from large data models.
You will make an impact by:
- Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources.
- Developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Communicating findings and insights through data visualization and reports.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least three years’ experience working as a data engineer, data architect, or related roles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, SageMaker, AzureML)
- Experience working with real-time data integration techniques and tools, such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, Kafka.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with relational databases such as SQL, Postgres
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R
- Experience working with Manufacturing datasets and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT)
- Experience with data governance frameworks and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $193,147 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
