You'll make an impact by

• You support project managers by coordinating smaller tasks within the PMO and facilitating communication among program team members
• In the next step, you assist with data analysis, processing, and visualization using tools like Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights
• Building on this, you help organize meetings and events by taking care of administrative activities and ensuring smooth coordination
• Furthermore, you contribute to maintaining and enhancing SharePoint sites, including managing access rights and organizing documents
• To round off your role, you explore opportunities to automate workflows using scripting or low-code tools such as Power Automate, thereby increasing overall efficiency

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are an enrolled student (from the 3rd semester) in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a related field with a keen interest in project management, data analytics or digitalization
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
  • You ideally bring experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA) or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL)
  • You have initial experience or a strong interest in project management and data analysis
• Ways of Working: You work in a structured and independent manner and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Languages: Very good English skills are required; German is a plus
