We are looking for a IT Program/Portfolio Management role, to be hired with a permanent contract in Kosice. You will be the main support to the senior leadership in the management of customized Service Now platform and all related applications within Siemens Healthineers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the introduction, development, and continuous improvement of Digital Backlog Management (Digital Portfolio) practices within our Customer Services organization.
  • Drive our agile transformation, ensuring future alignment, efficient portfolio flow, and transparency in the digitalization landscape of Customer Services.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional stakeholders to enable effective portfolio planning, execution, and governance.
  • Shape how work is prioritized and delivered as part of the central Digital Backlog Management Team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring agile practices scale sustainably and deliver measurable value.

What you need to bring with you:

  • A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Extensive experience and additional qualifications without a degree? We’d still love to hear from you!
  • Proven expertise in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) within large, matrix organizations.
  • Strong leadership experience in implementing strategic portfolios to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of scaled agile frameworks, especially SAFe, and the ability to adapt and integrate them into complex ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience leading complex transformations, including establishing and embedding portfolio management.
  • Advanced skills in using flow metrics and outcome-oriented KPIs to guide adaptive investment decisions and portfolio adjustments.
  • Background in Customer Service, Shared Services, or similar areas, with a track record of optimizing cross-functional processes.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3 000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
