Then come and join our global team as Digital Value Stream Architect in the Customer Services Finance area (f/m/d) to support us with your expertise in driving digital transformation

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your role, you will introduce new ideas and identify opportunities for optimization, further development, and digitalization of commercial processes in the service business for country organizations on a global scale.
  • You will support the Customer Services Finance (CS FI) Business Intelligence portfolio with your strong IT background and extensive digitalization experience to jointly drive finance digitalization and achieve departmental goals.
  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for projects and processes throughout their entire lifecycle (organizational, procedural, technological) using a systemic approach.
  • You will develop tools and solutions for a holistic view and scenarios for future business development, taking into account the existing IT and system architecture, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform, and improve the associated end-to-end processes.
  • You will implement new digital working methods and processes, lead and facilitate digital workshops in an international environment, and thereby drive the success of our CS FI digitalization roadmap through joint implementation with the countries.
  • With your expertise in community management, you will work across departments and processes, ensure the availability of decision-relevant information, and make the contribution to business success measurable.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in Business Informatics or another comparable field.
  • You have many years of professional experience and excellent knowledge in IT and digitalization, ideally with a finance focus, especially in planning and reporting solutions.
  • If you have substantial, long-standing professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciated.
  • You have strong expertise in implementing innovative software tools, preferably using the Microsoft Power Platform, to enable transparency and digitalization.
  • Ideally, you have experience in creating agents.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge in applying modern data analysis and automation tools and have successfully implemented them from concept to operation.
  • You also have proven experience in the SAP environment on a transactional basis and understand how these systems interact with master data systems.
  • You have experience in implementing global projects.

  • You will work in a highly international environment, so prior intercultural experience is an advantage.
  • Your open and communicative working style, combined with business-fluent English, enables international and cross-functional collaboration within and beyond Customer Services. Additional German skills are a strong plus.
  • With your knowledge of new technologies, proactive approach, and digital mindset, you play a key role in the digital transformation of various processes and inspire those around you.
  • You proactively solve problems and are accustomed to presenting your analysis results along with solutions, while communicating in a fact-based manner.
