You’ll make an impact by
- You support in preparing the department strategy and supervise progress.
- You prepare the yearly budget, analyze the monthly performance, and drive efficiency together with the managers responsible for the cost centers.
- You evaluate and analyze department data to create detailed reports, presentations, and decision templates for the management, and you develop management overviews and analytics with different performance and KPI data.
- You update and maintain the department SharePoint.
- You support marketing and communication activitites for the department.
- You coordinate customer feedback survey and align workshop with respective parties for score improvement.
- You maintain the inventory list of departments cost centers.
- You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- You have analytics skills to be able to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and have knowledge of analytic tools and AI.
- You have first work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in German and English at different completes your profile.
