Your mission will be…

• Define, plan, and manage UX project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Coordinate UX teams and foster collaboration with product managers and development teams.
• Implement and optimize UX project management processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and tools to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and well-communicated.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle in all projects.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing UX/UI or product design projects.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Proficiency with project management and design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma).
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
