We are looking for a Head of Payroll for the Americas Region, a strategic leader who will oversee multi-country payroll operations, ensure compliance, and drive transformation initiatives that elevate efficiency and employee experience.

In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted partner to Finance, HR, and key stakeholders, leading regional teams, managing vendors, and defining payroll strategies aligned with global objectives.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute regional payroll strategy across the Americas.
  • Oversee end-to-end, multi-country payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive standardization, process optimization, and payroll transformation projects.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, global controls, and audit requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, and system implementations.
  • Guide and develop regional payroll teams, acting as escalation point for complex topics.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Works Councils on payroll initiatives and communication.

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years of international payroll experience across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance, and global best practices.
  • Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and change leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
  • Preferred: Experience in process optimization, financial acumen, and leading diverse teams.
