Key Responsibilities

  • IQC
  • BOM preparation
  • Change management
  • Part localization
  • Product localization
  • Mechanical and Metallurgical Testing.
  • Handling 7 QC tool,8D methodology,6 sigma methodology.
  • Handling of metallurgy lab equipment – microscope, surface preparation (cutting & grinding) etc.
  • Microstructure and failure analysis in brazing process.
  • Analysis of residual gases present in high vacuum brazing furnace.
  • Brazing process improvement
  • Product failure analysis & record update
  • Poka yoke & kaizen implementation in Vacuum interrupter manufacturing
  • QMS documentation
  • Good collaboration with team

Education & experience

B. Tech Mechanical 

Fresher or candidate with  2-3 years of experience
