Then come and join our global team as Head of Remote & Diagnostics Services at CS DDO (f/m/d) to define the future of digital device troubleshooting for Siemens Healthineers.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You own and define Remote & Diagnostic Services for Customer Services to support our business lines. This portfolio includes interactive device access, device diagnostic, troubleshooting, remote update management, and real-time data transfer.
  • You drive the digitalization strategy for remote services by playing an active role in the Product Definition workstream to implement a new remote service platform within a project.
  • You collaborate with global stakeholders such as Business Lines, countries and HQ functions, to understand, define and drive product management activities.
  • You lead and further develop your global team of Service Owners and Key Experts by applying agile methodologies.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in IT or a relatable discipline.
  • You bring many years of professional experience in product or service management across internal or external domains.
  • You demonstrate a proven track record of strategic decision-making, balancing multiple perspectives and driving topics forward with the right mindset.
  • You understand challenges of the remote service domain within regulated industries such as healthcare.
  • You have extensive leadership experience with a track record of developing and transforming global teams.
  • You ideally possess profound knowledge of the Siemens Healthineers portfolio and related processes from product design to service delivery.

  • You are fluent in English and possess good German skills, complemented by strong intercultural competence.
  • You show passion for digital innovation and actively advance digitalization across culture, processes, and IT landscapes.
  • Your analytical and logical thinking enables you to comprehend complex challenges, utilize appropriate tools (such as language, visualization, and text), and contribute effectively to ongoing or new initiatives.
