We are looking for: Associate Scrum Master,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       IT Operations & Support Excellence:

·       Troubleshooting & Resolution:

·       Diagnose and resolve technical issues and incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and impact on users.

·       Able to create, manage and modify User accounts and required permissions to System.

·       Should be able to act as an interface between application users and L3 DevOps Team. o Routine Operations: Perform regular system checks, backups, and maintenance tasks to keep our environment healthy.

·       Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for IT processes, solutions, KB articles and configurations.

·       Agile & Scrum Ceremony Participation: o Active Engagement: Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

·       Impediment Removal: Collaborate with the Scrum Master and team to help resolve operational impediments that might impact sprint goal.

·       Feature Prioritization Tool Administration & Support:

·       Tool Stewardship: Be the primary administrator and champion for our feature prioritization tool used by Project Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

·       User Support & Training: Provide excellent support and guidance to PMs and SMEs, helping them effectively utilize the tool for feature prioritization. This might include creating user guides or conducting small training sessions.

·       Configuration & Optimization: Configure the tool to meet evolving business requirements and optimize its functionality to enhance the prioritization process.

·       Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the prioritization tool.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with PMs and SMEs to understand their needs and gather feedback for potential tool enhancements or process improvements

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       Bachelor's/master’s degree in any branch of engineering.

·       7+ years of experience in testing and automation.

·       Deep Understanding of Scrum and Agile Principles

·       Facilitation/Coaching

·       Conflict Resolution

·       Empathy and Emotional Intelligence

·       Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving

·       Documentation:

·       IT Service Management (ITSM) / ITIL

·       Attention to Detail

·       Scrum/KANBAN

·       SAFe knowledge PSM is beneficial.
