You‘ll make an impact by:

·       Assist the Head of RIC in:

o   Coordinating internal control activities and ensuring timely completion of RIC assessments.

o   Preparing quarterly sign-offs and internal reports for management.

o   Monitoring compliance with Siemens policies and governance frameworks.

o   Acting as a liaison for assurance-related topics and supporting delegation of directives.

o   Driving continuous improvement initiatives for transparency and efficiency.

o   Review, implement, and periodically update the Signature Mandate to ensure proper authorization controls are in place.

·       Support the execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes, including risk workshops and documentation.

·       Help organize and deliver RIC trainings and awareness sessions.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for transparency and efficiency in internal controls.

·       Maintain documentation and follow-up on action items identified by the Head of RIC.

·       Provide administrative and analytical support for sustainability and ESG-related compliance requirements.

·       Any other tasks assigned by the Management.


Your success is grounded in

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA) is an asset.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in internal controls, audit, or risk management (Multinational/Big four audit firm experience is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of internal control principles and financial processes.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365; familiarity with governance standards is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ERP eg. SAP
