Part Time Working Student (Global Customer Care Department)
In Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation business unit in Gebze factory location, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented long-term Part Time Working Student (Global Customer Care).

What part will you play?
- Monitor and maintain active customer tickets within the ISP to ensure timely responses and adherence to KPIs.
- Provide regular status updates to customers regarding their open tickets and resolution timelines
- Play an active role in the material ordering processes, ensuring the necessary spare parts for warranty cases are tracked and delivered.
- Assist in ongoing digitalization initiatives to optimize after-sales workflows and improve data reporting.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 3rd year university student in Electrical Engineering, Electric/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a similar field.
- Able to work minimum 3 days/week during winter time, 4-5 days/week during holidays.
- A basic understanding of electrical switchgear or power systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ticketing systems or ERPs is a bonus.
- Good command level in English (written and verbal) is essential for corporate communication and system updates. German language is a plus
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a result-oriented mindset.
