As a Brand Architecture & Design Professional (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency and compliance across the Siemens ecosystem, supporting colleagues and agencies worldwide in applying the Siemens brand efficiently. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders at Corporate Brand and within Siemens' global partner ecosystem.

You'll make an impact by:
- Managing recurring requests for guideline interpretation, stationery adaptations (business cards, email signature, ooo etc.) and ID card layouts of affiliated companies.
- Editorial & content maintenance of Stationery & ID Cards guidelines incl. regular review and communication (Brandville etc.).
- Creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-compliant templates & assets across multiple platforms and applications
- Layout creation for ID cards and other assets for affiliated companies.
- Professionalization and efficiency management of processes and standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
- Supporting brand governance within Siemens AG.
- Respond to customer queries timely and accurately, identify needs and elaborate solutions based on Siemens brand architecture and design guidelines.
- Coordinating and trackingrand-related inquiries using a case tracking system.
- Stakeholder management across Siemens’ global ecosystem and potential external service providers.
This is how you'll win us over:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration (with a focus on brand management or strategic marketing) or design
- Experience & Skills:
- First experience in corporate communications, brand management, design or project management.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to solve business challenges related to brand governance, design and brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and visual communication
- Ability to translate guidelines in different executions
- Customer-centric mindset with strong consulting and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex brand inquiries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Ways of working:
- Strong international collaboration skills, including remote teamwork.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficient in English; German is a plus.
