Cost, Quality & Compliance
Establish quality plans, COQ metrics, and defect containment; ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
Lead cost-down initiatives through localization, alternative sourcing, design optimization, and process improvements.
Champion Lean/Six Sigma methods for yield, throughput, and reliability improvements.
