Your mission will be… 
As a SAP Tester, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our Siemens business organizations to run their business processes at their best. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillar of our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations.  

What part will you play? 
  • Act as an experienced SAP Tester, focusing on financial process testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Process Teams to design, execute, and maintain test cases efficiently, ensuring smooth release go-lives.
  • Prepare and manage relevant test data in Test systems to support comprehensive end-to-end process testing.
  • Apply a holistic testing approach, including both manual and automated tests.
  • Ensure high-quality testing with audit-compliant documentation and conduct follow-up activities such as root cause and impact analysis.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for testing within your area, working across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • Monitor and maintain test scope, timelines, and progress to meet project objectives.


We are looking for someone with…
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Fiori experience is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an SAP tester.
  • Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, accounting, logistics, or reporting.
  • Experience working in international projects and with virtual, multicultural teams.
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus (certification not required).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Organized, proactive, and good at problem-solving.
  • Open to learning new processes and willing to be hands-on.
