What you will do:
• 建立並維持與終端客戶、承包商、機電承包商(MEC)、設計院、顧問及意見領袖的長期合作關係
• 主動拜訪現有與潛在客戶,推動樓宇自動化、電子安防及智慧建築整合方案之專案銷售
• 開發新客戶、拓展多元銷售機會,並持續維繫既有客戶以深化合作
• 與顧問、設計院及主管指定之目標單位進行專案規格討論,確保產品與方案順利導入
• 為客戶與顧問準備並審核報價,包含成本分析與成本覆蓋率檢視,確保專案具備商業可行性
• 與行銷傳播(Marcom)j同仁合作,規劃並執行針對終端客戶與承包商的行銷推廣活動

What we are looking for:
• 至少 3 年以上樓宇自動化(Building Automation)與 HVAC 系統相關之業務經驗
• 熟悉機電設計的作業流程,並對台灣此領域的客戶生態與競爭者有深入了解
• 具備在台灣建築與建築設備產業中,與終端客戶、承包商、分包商、顧問、設計師、意見領袖及設計院等的既有強大人脈網絡
• 具備優秀的業務開發與談判能力,熟悉「價值型銷售」(Value Selling)模式
• 具備基本的英文聽說讀寫能力者佳
• 具高度自我驅動力,能獨立作業
