Opportunity to work on project: Motion Control – we are the layout Center of Competence for frequency converters (Information electronics design, Power electronics design). These devices are dedicated to industrial automation (e.g. conveyor passport, robotic manipulators, CNC axis drive).

Your task will be

• Carry out the development of complex circuit boards with many functions and links, including the coordination of the associated work steps, considering the functional, cost and manufacturing aspects
• Layout of printed circuit boards for high-speed signal and power electronics including the creation of the associated production data
• Cooperation and coordination of the results with the development, construction, purchasing, IT, production and test departments in Czech Republic and Germany
• Usage of new tools and methods in circuit board design regarding the new manufacturing technologies and new automated manufacturing systems
• Data management in PDM (Siemens TeamCenter)

What we will appreciate from you

• Technical background (Electronics)
• Several years of experience in the design of complex printed circuit boards for high-speed signal electronics
• Experience in circuit board design for power electronics is desirable
• Experience in constraint driven routing and signal integrity
• Knowledge of EMC-compliant layout design, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
• Knowledge of Design of a system with a higher safety integrity level
• Knowledge of hardware development processes and manufacturing introductions
• Ability to work independently as a PCB designer in an interdisciplinary, cross-location team, very good communication skills
