International Sales Manager (w/m/d) Mobility Software

With over 1,200 employees, our Software Business Unit delivers software solutions from Europe to the whole world. These include transport companies, transport associations, and new mobility providers. Our portfolio focuses on AI-supported systems for passenger information and booking, travel assistance, disruption management, data analysis, and comprehensive data management.
What do you contribute?
- Based on a good mix of already successful products and new innovative solutions, you will expand our business on an international level.
- Together with our sales management and national subsidiaries, you will identify potential customers and develop a tailored sales strategy. You will use existing contacts and establish new ones to generate interest in our products.
- You will develop new sales opportunities through competent and independent customer consulting. You will identify highly complex customer requirements and convince them through consistent use of our entire product range. Our technical experts will support you in applying our extensive portfolio.
- You will independently design the entire sales process—from initial contact, portfolio presentation, and tender processing to negotiations and closing, to supporting the transaction and follow-up. All process steps are supported by an experienced team.
- In doing so, you will also act at the highest level with confidence and convince top decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, or CTOs.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a university degree in a technical or economic field.
- In addition, you have many years of professional experience in high-end, international (software-oriented) solution sales.
- Your affinity for innovative software solutions (e.g., apps) and business models (e.g., software as a service) make you the ideal candidate.
- Ideally, you have experience in the mobility sector (e.g., railway technology or new mobility providers).
- You understand technology and business administration, and you can see the big picture and all the important details of a solution.
- You will be working internationally, so you have very good English skills, at least a basic knowledge of German, and you are willing to travel.
