Qualification: 
Education: Diploma/Graduation in Electrical Engg.
Experience: 3-4 years in manufacturing of Low Voltage Products with hands-on experience on product quality

Responsibilities: 
Quality planning of electromechanical products e.g.Contactors, Starters, etc.
Preparation and implementation of Control plan including inspection method. 
Planning of Instruments, gauges, test setup etc. and ordering for the same including improvements therein. 
First sample inspection & ISIR preparation for products. 
Process capability study as required during ISIR/event based. 
Surveillance of production line for controlling the adherence to corresponding work instructions by respective operators.

Execute product audits as per the Plan, as when required and coordinate for closure of actions. 
Knowledge of assembly process, printing/marking etc. is desired.
Should be familiar with QMS 9001:2015, awareness about EMS & OHSAS is required.
Maintain documentation & records related to QMS etc.
Awareness of component manufacturing processes in switchgear industry will be useful. 
Align third party inspection for products. 
Training of personnel inhouse and at labour sourced assembly supplier for test related topic.
Should be familiar with basic workplace requirements.

Analysis of deviations related to yield and cost leading to initiation and support in formulating corrective actions with other functions. 
Calibration activities- perform internal calibration and align for calibration of instruments at labour source assembly.

Excellent working knowledge with IT tools (excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO
