Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of finding opportunities and implementing solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Assess business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities, and design streamlined future-state processes using digital tools to enhance performance.
- Digital Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into clear specifications and deliver low-code applications, workflows, and dashboards—primarily using Microsoft Power Platform—to meet evolving operational needs.
- Data Management & Business Intelligence: Develop robust data models, maintain accurate databases, and produce informative reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate workshops, bridge communication between business and technical teams, and present findings that drive alignment and strategic action.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead initiatives that advance digital transformation, automation, and business intelligence capabilities.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual who is passionate about motivating change through technology.
- Education: Preferably a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or a Bachelor’s degree paired with substantial applicable experience.
- Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a proven focus on digital transformation, process improvement, or automation projects.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) demonstrated experience in developing and deploying practical business solutions.
- Power Query and SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database management.
- Data modeling principles and techniques (e.g., relational, dimensional).
- Business Intelligence & analytical tools, ETL (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of coding applications such as Java, Python, R etc.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
- Adept at translating business challenges into logical flows and technical requirements for automation and application development.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and collaborate effectively with international and multi-functional teams.
- Mindset:
- Proactive, dedicated, and curious, with a strong interest in learning and applying new technologies to tackle business problems.
- Willingness to work as a key team member in sophisticated, fast-paced international project environments.
- Good to Have:
- Experience with SharePoint integration and development.
- Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as KNIME, Alteryx, Mendix, Java, Angular, and DBeaver.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
