Then come and join our global team as Senior Finance Controller (f/m/d), to combine hands-on controlling expertise with project management responsibility in a highly visible role within an international finance organization.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You act as the main point of contact between regional governance teams, business performance controllers and the technical team regarding the analysis of change requests to the global template.
  • You manage tickets together with IT and regional teams, including the analysis of issues and change requests, and you drive continuous improvement of global processes.
  • You maintain up-to-date process documentation for users and IT partners and you communicate proactively on issues, enhancements and process changes.
  • You coordinate quarterly global Controlling Community meetings and monthly process governance touchpoints while promoting best-practice implementation across regions.
  • You support the deployment of P58 by reviewing requirements against global templates and by collaborating with local deployment teams on controlling and reporting topics across all deployment phases.
  • You act as the first point of contact for reporting requirements related to P58 (BI / PB2) and coordinate with internal stakeholders and you oversee open ticket dashboards including the definition of next steps.
  • You drive data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all relevant reporting platforms.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, management, accounting or a comparable field with a strong focus on controlling and finance.
  • You have several years of professional experience in controlling, finance or a related business performance function within an international environment.
  • You have proven experience in project management, in particular in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • You have hands-on experience in supporting or leading global or regional transformation, system or process harmonization projects.
  • You are familiar with IFRS accounting standards and their practical application in a corporate controlling environment.
  • You have strong operational knowledge of SAP modules CO and FI

  • You have very good English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages (particularly German) are considered a strong asset in an international environment.
  • You demonstrate a structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style combined with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You communicate confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders, business partners and technical teams across different functions and regions.
  • You bring strong project-related soft skills, in particular problem-solving capabilities, a critical thinking mindset and the ability to manage complexity.
  • You show a high level of ownership, resilience and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
