You’ll create impact by:
  • Growing and scaling Siemens’ power system consultancy and energy transition advisory business in Indonesia
  • Identifying market opportunities
  • Shaping customer centric solutions, 
  • Converting Siemens’ consulting portfolio into sustainable commercial engagements. 
  • Bridges market strategy, customer engagement, and technical consulting offerings to drive revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships

Your defining qualities:

  • ·       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • ·       Deep understanding of Indonesia’s power sector and energy transition landscape, with the ability to identify high value consulting opportunities and position Siemens as a trusted strategic partner.
  • ·       Strong interest in power system consulting, including grid studies, energy transition, and power system digitalization.
  • ·       Good understanding of power system analysis concepts (e.g. Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protection, Grid Planning) is a plus.
  • ·       Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage utilities, industrial customers, consultants, and internal technical teams.
  • ·       Ability to identify business opportunities, understand customer pain points, and translate technical solutions into value-based proposals.
  • ·       Experience or strong interest in business development, sales support, or project coordination.
  • ·       Strong analytical and structuring skills for proposal preparation, market analysis, and reporting.
  • ·       Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (consulting, engineering, digital, HQ) and external partners.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken); regional project exposure is a must.
