- Proven Sales Acumen: 3+ years of demonstrated success in inside sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and exceeding sales quotas.

- Exceptional Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

- Pipeline Generation Expert: Proven success in outbound prospecting and building a robust, high-performing sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in a relevant field demonstrates a strong foundation for success.
- Energy Management Expertise: Familiarity with Energy Management Information Systems (EMIS) and a clear understanding of their impact on energy consumption.
- SLED Market Insight: Deep understanding of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market and its unique dynamics.
