What will you do?
The Digitalization Lead is responsible for driving the identification, design, and implementation of digital solutions that optimize processes, enable data driven decision making, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization. This role requires hands on technical expertise combined with strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Digital Strategy & Solution Delivery
• Lead digitalization initiatives end to end, from opportunity identification to solution deployment and adoption.
• Analyze business processes together with process owners to detect inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Assess the feasibility, value creation, and implementation complexity of digitalization proposals.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of digital projects aligned with business needs.

Technical Expertise
• Design and support the development of solutions using low code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Knime, etc.).
• Work with data analytics platforms and Snowflake to structure, model, and transform data for insights and reporting.
• Leverage AI capabilities, including predictive analytics, generative tools, and automation frameworks, to enhance business performance.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and integration across systems.

Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary digital team (developers, analysts, and project contributors).
• Collaborate closely with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful digital adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and process reviews to foster a digital mindset across the organization.
• Collaborate with the central teams for identification of best technologies to apply on the identified use cases.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare and deliver presentations for management showing results, value, KPIs, and roadmap progress.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business oriented messages.
• Act as the key ambassador of digital transformation 

What You’ll Bring?
• 5+ years of experience in digitalization, digital product development, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience in leading teams or cross functional digital projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience with: 
     • Data analytics & BI tools
     • Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
     • Low code applications (Mendix, Knime, etc.)
     • Artificial intelligence concepts and tools
     • Process mapping and improvement methodologies
Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated digital mindset, innovation orientation, and change leadership capability.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operations processes.
• Exposure to agile methodologies.
• Certifications in data analytics, AI, or low code development.
